Movie Soundtrack Mix – October 16th, 2006
This week’s podcast is all about famous movie songs – from the 80’s, 90’s and today! And yes that was meant to be said in a cheesy radio announcer voice.¬† I will provide song names and artists as soon as someone can tell me what movies these are all from…any takers?

Talk about a stroll down memory lane, makes me want to go rent these and watch them all over again. I’m gonna take a stab at the movies and see how close I am but I couldn’t remember where I’d heard the 10th song, sorry. I know I’m gonna kick myself for not knowing it. Well, here goes…..Rocky, Top Gun, Jewel of the Nile, Zoolander, Beattle Juice, Austin Powers, Say Anything, Donnie Darko, Sliding Doors, the one I can’t remember, Swingers, and The Crying Game…..I think these might be right but then again some of these songs have been in other movies too. This was fun! You should definately have another podcast along these lines.
Melissa
The one Melissa can’t remember is “Good Enough” by Cyndi Lauper and can be found on the Goonies soundtrack. However, she knew a few I didn’t so she deserves your prize (which we all know is sexual favors).
there is still one that Melissa did not get correct… If you’re not sure check Amazon.com to make sure that they are on the Soundtrack CD
Evan, thank you so much for the help w/ the Goonies. I really couldn’t remember which movie I had heard “Good Enough” in but I knew I had and I really appricate your input. I totally mixed up the very last one, sorry. It should be The Wedding Singer w/ Adam Sandler not The Crying Game…don’t know how I got so far off track, sorry. Thats one of the best parts in the movie and I even own it! Oh well…I think the movies should be correct now, maybe.
I am so sad because I have had a crazy week and didnt have time to find out which movie soundtracks were on the podcast… but I did listen to the podcats and I have to agree with the fact that it’s a ” stroll down memory lane”
